2. Services
We provide AI-powered web accessibility tools including WCAG 2.2 AA auditing, image alt text generation, and PDF to accessible Markdown conversion.
3. Account
You must provide a valid email address and verify your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person.
4. Credits
New accounts receive 30 free credits. Credits are consumed per tool use as shown before each action. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, to upload malicious content, to attempt to circumvent security measures, or to resell our services without authorization.
6. AI limitations
Our tools provide automated AI results that may require manual review. Accessibility audit results do not replace a professional audit and do not guarantee legal compliance.
7. Intellectual property
The output of our tools (reports, converted content) belongs to you. Our software, branding, and platform remain our property.
8. Limitation of liability
Services are provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
